These attributions are a bit off.  Tiles per se does not come from
David, but the original idea behind Tiles did, I think.  Tiles came
from Cedric Dumoulin..  http://www.lifl.fr/~dumoulin/tiles/.  David's
initial stuff was on Templates.

 You will find Templates and David Geary referenced on the Dumoulin's
website.  I think that David and Cedric might have collaborated on
some of the Tiles stuff after the initial appearance of the "layout
framework".
