I'll take a look at it.

The initial plan for 'shared' was to prevent a bunch of duplicate 'one-off' mailreaders from getting out of sync, but no-one has attempted doing a single 'one-off', so I assume it is safe to put it back the way we originally had it (structure).

I think the only major thing keeping us from rolling 1.3.0 is that the
source for the MailReader seems disjointed. It looks like part is
under "shared" and part is under "webapp", and we need them both under
MailReader. We might also want "dao" to be "mailreader-dao". If anyone
had a itch to sort out the Apps subproject, I think that would remove
the last stumbling block. The rest just looks like mopping up.
