Several of the Commons packages use a strategy like this (generate the Ant
build scripts and check them in).  That's probably mostly my fault, because
I run the nightly builds using Ant :-).  It seems to work ok on simple cases
like that, but it's not obvious (to me at least) that a set of generated Ant
build scripts can reliably capture all the nuances of a complicated
multi-artifact build environment like what Struts is evolving.
