Wow, I thought (from looking at the FAQ) that this defined a *new*
attribute, not inserted one already defined.
The "insert" and "define" verbs are both corrects because the tag
"inserts" (in an implementation POV) the attribute, but the user
"defines" an attribute to be filled.
The main reason that I considered on naming <tiles:attribute> this way
was the user POV, because the user could be tempted to put an eventual
<tiles:insertAttribute> as he inserts a definition or a template (in
non-layout pages).
