I think that the problem is at the very base: IMHO each plugin should
be a different project, not a module of Struts 2.
plugins/tiles/pom.xml: <version>2.0-SNAPSHOT</version>
For the moment I can give it a hack, where should I commit changes? In
the 2.0.7 tag?
