Not for nothing, but the docs between two minor versions creating confusion is usually a sign that we're overdue for a new GA release :)
If 2.1 went GA, the problem should solve itself, since we could refer 2.0 folks to archival version of the site. We had the same problem in the 1.0/1.1 days. -Ted.
