I think I found the problem. Right now space.css is divided in separated .css files that lay under /includes/ directory in Confluence installation folder. Auto Export plugin is exporting space.css directly and it's able to translate the paths, but it isn't possible for the included .css files. I think AE plugin should also export all the stylesheets or allow specify what should be exported. I will try to work on that and prepare a patch.
