Moving deprecated plugins to struts-extras project is just idea to
give people option to contribute via GitHub - I know that know
everyone can do the same, but I think people really don't understand
that.

Or instead struts-extras it can be named struts-deprecated - anyway we
won't throw it away but rather move into some project (ie.
http://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/struts/attic/)
