This problem is similar with issue
[SUBMARINE-1227|https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/SUBMARINE-1227].
At present, the resource names created by the operator are fixed, so they
cannot be created by different CR name in the same namespace.
It is recommended to prefix each resource with the CR name to avoid conflicts.
