IMO, that's no longer a blocker, the enums have been merged and only a
few implementation quirks remain -- but they're not harmful.

I would consider "API Review" (and related JavaHL updates) to fall into
that category, and it's happening right now. I expect we'll finish that
in time to branch next week.
