The files:
tools/dist/nominate.pl
tools/server-side/svnpubsub/rc.d/svnpubsub
tools/server-side/svnpubsub/rc.d/svnwcsub
are all symlinks now, so I'm not surprised that they show up as different. (I'm
guessing the actual content is in the zip, while your working copy expects the
standard subversion placeholder)
