it's not *that* expensive, but dwm redraws the bar and sets/resets
border color at each focus(), accidentally scrolling the mouse on the
border of a window generates a huge amount of enter events resulting
>30% cpu usage here, clients that dim when unfocused even flicker and
use more cpu

with normal usage sloppy focus is not a problem obviously, but it
looks weird when there is only one floating window and its border is
flickering when moving the mouse around.
