Hi all, Just wanted to update everyone that the Management track of the Superset Operational Model sync’d up on March 2nd. Key discussion points are noted below. These updates are always covered in the Superset Town Hall doc (formerly Operational Model Roundup) and in that upcoming meeting on March 17th which you can see on the Superset Community Calendar.
• Noted that the workload of the Management group should get lighter and lighter as the other Operational Model working groups take shape. • Current responsibilities seem to be deduping of tasks on the project board and making sure pieces of work are assigned to the most appropriate working group(s) • Noting that attendance is lower on the “Roundup” meeting (formerly Committers Meeting). Hopefully that is because the working groups are doing their jobs and finding the right homes for discussion and task assignment. Also note that this sync is now being rebranded to the Superset Town Hall to increase attendance by making it clear all are welcome and encourage open discussion.
