Just a quick note about a new work in progress that I started around
Syncope and Karaf.
1/ I resumed the work to turn Syncope as fully OSGi compliant, including
Karaf features.
I prepared a serie of improvements and enhancements around that.
2/ I gonna blog today about a new feature coming in Karaf 3.0.0. Now,
Karaf provides support of JAAS users, groups, and roles.
Thanks to that, we added ACL support for JMX layer, shell console
commands, OSGi services.
I plan two things:
- first add a SyncopeLoginModule in Karaf in order to leverage directly
Syncope "natively" and "deeply" into Karaf
- provide a "properties file" connector in Syncope
