As you can see from our user & dev ML, there is a great community: we always try to do our best, to get every feedback from each user in order to improve this project. As you can image, developers that want to extend syncope are the welcome ;-) Moreover, there is an #apache-syncope channel on freenode: you can ask questions also there.
