I've been watching the changes, and this is great!  It's a lot of work to be
sure, but it can be spread out, especially with the lower restrictions
needed to update the wiki (vs. commit code).

I've been trying to standardize on the second: "the @Inject annotation.  If
we turn that into a link, I think the @ should be outside the
link: "the @[http:/...Inject.html|Inject] annotation".

I prefer the title "Most Magnificent Leader, Great Teacher, Instructor In
All Things Code, and Dictator For Life, the Most Regal Howard M. Lewis Ship"
but that get's a bit tedious. "Howard" or "We" will do fine.
