I don't know. My gut feeling is that it will take several months to migrate our content, something we should start thinking about in the coming months but not something to start doing quite yet. Remember, just because the infrastructure guys say something will happen by a certain deadline doesn't mean it really will. A lot can change in a year.
I'll admit I'm reluctant to move quickly to a new homegrown CMS system designed from scratch by a system administrator, built on Perl, written in just 30 days and only in use a couple of months now. I'd rather let some other projects work out the kinks.
