Did a quick jar tf and it shows META-INF/ META-INF/MANIFEST.MF META-INF/maven/ META-INF/maven/org.apache.taverna.commandline/ META-INF/maven/org.apache.taverna.commandline/taverna-command-line-produ ct/ META-INF/maven/org.apache.taverna.commandline/taverna-command-line-produ ct/pom.xml META-INF/maven/org.apache.taverna.commandline/taverna-command-line-produ ct/pom.properties So there is a manifest but no classes!
