### Background
Currently, computing units can only be accessed through a workflow tab. This
makes it difficult for users to quickly find and manage their computing units.
For users who primarily want to monitor or manage their computing units,
requiring them to open a workflow first adds unnecessary complexity and slows
down the process.
### Proposed Solution
- Add a new Computing Unit tab on the Dashboard.
- Display a complete list of the user’s computing units in a structured
view.
- Support common management actions, such as renaming a computing unit
and viewing its details.
### Benefits
By introducing this tab, the dashboard will:
- Improve usability by reducing the number of steps needed to access
computing units.
- Provide clearer visibility and better management of computing units.
