I just raised a PR: https://github.com/apache/texera/pull/4387.

This PR introduces the LICENSE-binary and NOTICE-binary that include a list
of licenses and notices of the dependencies that will be installed in the
convenience binaries (e.g. Docker images). For more details please read the
PR description.

As it is a large change and requires cross validations to make it accurate,
I would like to have three PPMC members, @[email protected]
<[email protected]> @[email protected] <[email protected]>
@[email protected] <[email protected]> as the primary reviewers.
But other PPMC members are highly recommended to take a look at the PR and
give any comments / suggestions. Feedback and comments are welcome from
everyone in the community as well.

Best regards,
Jiadong Bai
