Dear community, I want to report the progress of preparing the release candidate for v1.1.0-incubating. The progress is tracked by: https://github.com/apache/texera/issues/4080. To summarize, there are two major efforts:
*1. Making the release artifacts compliant with ASF policies. * PR https://github.com/apache/texera/pull/4387 is the major one. It is currently in the review process and hopefully can be merged by Apr 27. *2. Enabling the LLM agent* The discussion can be found at: https://github.com/apache/texera/discussions/4404. Based on the discussion, we decided to include the LLM agent in the release. There are several PRs to enable the LLM agent. And they are currently being reviewed. The tracking issue is: https://github.com/apache/texera/issues/4034. We plan to get this series reviewed and merged by Apr 27. After the above tasks are completed, I will create the release candidate and initiate the voting process. Please feel free to leave your comments in the mentioned issues or in this email thread.
