As Xinyuan said, we should definitely leverage an existing service. Regardless of open source or a possibly future saas offering. There's little point in reinventing wheels for this one. Also at this stage, I would prefer to just use github for feedbacks. If the use case is for one of our deployments, when the user base gets larger, then I would consider using an open source forum. Another alternative would just be a community slack channel, which is also quite popular.
