Not that I'm aware of; the /usr/include/glib-2.0 folder on my machine has only
GLib's own header files in it, and nothing related to the big GLib applications
(GIMP, GNOME).
"#include <thrift/c_glib/thrift.h>" is a little ugly but I can't think of
anything obviously better. Ideally the header files would be stored directly in
/usr/local/include/thrift but I see they were already moved out of there once
(https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/THRIFT-1128) to avoid collisions with
the C++ headers.
