tests in existing directory lib/go/thrift exercise the library only and does
not test or even depends on compiler. Adding new tests that fails without
compiler would be a big problem for projects running all tests across all
codebase.
Also, I hope the binary_key_test is only a start, we have a lot to test in
compiler.
