    THRIFT-2940: Package json

    Add package.json in the top level directory. This allows installing thrift 
as NPM module from git.

You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:

    $ git pull https://github.com/radekg/thrift package-json

Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:

    https://github.com/apache/thrift/pull/354.patch
