Roger Meier commented on THRIFT-3201: ------------------------------------- all builds expect that one with missing IO::Socket::SSL and the allowed failures are successful, travis is a good first line of defense and we have clean vm's for every build. Installing libcrypt-ssleay-perl should be sufficient So you can add this to https://git1-us-west.apache.org/repos/asf?p=thrift.git;a=blob;f=build/travis/installDependencies.sh;h=852a8056908da1d9cc41a29fbafed8f14cae1fab;hb=HEAD#l40 and update the docs about this new dependency for the perl library > Capture github test artifacts for failed builds > ----------------------------------------------- > > Key: THRIFT-3201 > URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/THRIFT-3201 > Project: Thrift > Issue Type: Improvement > Components: Build Process > Affects Versions: 0.9.2 > Reporter: James E. King, III > Assignee: Jake Farrell > Priority: Critical > > I submitted a pull request > (https://travis-ci.org/apache/thrift/jobs/68196878) which had a lot of > failures. I want to see the output from "make cross" tests that failed > because it does not fail for me locally. I have no way of knowing how these > tests failed in the build environment. -- This message was sent by Atlassian JIRA (v6.3.4#6332)
