compiler generate phpcode:
instanceof TBinaryProtocolAccelerated
to indicate use thrift_protocol, but when TBinaryProtocolAccelerated warped in
TMultiplexedProtocol, thrift_protocol doesn't used, because
TMultiplexedProtocol isn't TBinaryProtocolAccelerated's instence.
