    * Fixed an issue with UTF-8 encoded `.lisp` files in docker
    * Updated `LANGUAGES.md`
    * Tested with SBCL 1.3.14 thoroughly - it should work. SBCL 1.3.1 probably 
still won't, though.
    * Added tests that fail against CL to known tests
    * Squashed and rebased
