It's probably a problem with the repository.apache.org server that's
recently been running out of memory quite often. The infra team is
aware of the issue.
Good to know - I had a user report a build issue with Bixo, which
looked like they couldn't pull Tika 0.9-SNAPSHOT from the Apache
repository.
