Hey Nick I was thinking we should think about a more common way to configure
Translators. Not sure if I want to tackle that with this issue, but if you have
time we are currently exploiting class loading and property files and so forth
to store those secret keys and APIs and stuff. We could stick with that or
introduce something like a ParseContext object or something like that for
Translators. Thoughts?
