If you have an idea for how to detect such problems in the future, then please
go ahead and create an issue.
But I don't think that they are that easy to spot from my understanding of
these two specific issues. The Python problem only prevents users from using
newer aiohttp versions so the test would need to try that to detect this
problem.
And the .NET problem also only occurred in some environments.

But in general, I don't think that we need to add this to the board report.
Those were two very specific problems which were hard to find with an automated
process. I don't think that they hint at bigger problems with our release
process or our test suite.

Do we want to add, how would we prevent recurrence of upgrading problems in
.Net and the one with Python client in future? Maybe we can create a JIRA for
integration tests which check for backward compatibility and link it to the
report.
