+1 from me.
There has been more and more involvement from the community. The effort put
towards transparency and collaborative decision making (discuss/vote) has
become a second nature and is paying off.
The current review PR model is very accessible for any contributors and
guaranties quality code. The code freeze, CI, and release models go in that
direction as well.
Adding to that there is a real effort put towards support for
implementations/integrations with other Apache projects.
And at the risk of turning this into a boring list :
The documentation is thorough with the added bonus of easy access tutorials
for people starting out. (and constant discussions around what new material
to add)

So all in all TinkerPop has really shaped itself into a solid project. I
too think it's time to move on to the next level.
