I've created https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/INFRA-19665 for BuildBot agent on ARM64 VM but it seems there are problems setting it up. If TravisCI is OK then I will close https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/INFRA-19665, otherwise I'll wait for Apache Infra to setup the agent.
