I think it probably can.

That said, I have the following queries with the LICENCE/NOTICE files:

1. ASM notice from xbean-asm-shaded looks like its missing
2. Joda time notice looks like its missing
3. Notice for java-support jar (reference to OWasp) looks like its missing.

I'd be grateful if someone else could double check.
