+1 for this. Let's get rid of keys that aren't used anymore. I would send a mail to the dev list of my project and assume that active contributors at least read this list regularly. We could also send mails to some other lists as well (dev, discuss, nl-lists...). In the worst case people that don't read any of these lists will ask us how to access the new repository.
