I'd be ok with only removing TO API v2 in ATC 7.0 and removing TO API v3 in 7.1 or 8.0 (whatever is soonest), but we really need to get to the point where we only support a single major TO API version so that we can eliminate all the tech debt and cruft that comes with supporting so many different versions. - Rawlin
