thoughts around grouping changes in CHANGELOG.md <https://github.com/apache/trafficcontrol/blob/master/CHANGELOG.md> by TC component? (TP, TO, TR, TM, etc) IMO it's hard to parse currently.
I guess that could make it more complex for changes that cross components... Jeremy
