Thanks Ashish for moving in all the old wiki pages from github!

I was going to wait for page creators to review and organize but I realize
everyone is very busy. If there are no objections by Monday morning, we will
move wiki pages to the new locations they appear to fit best. If someone finds
something out of place feel free to correct.

Thanks Jeremy! Great feedback. ☺

Old Wiki:
I will work with Ashish to pull in all the existing pages from the old Wiki and
then the page stakeholders can decide on relevance, naming, and organization.

Published Docs vs. Cwiki Documentation:
I would argue that the cwiki relates to brainstorming on architecture and
development strategy and the published docs in
http://trafficcontrol.apache.org<http://trafficcontrol.apache.org/> are for
documentation of completed development, but always open to debate.

Organizing Pages:
I am happy to organize, but would rather push page creators and key
participants to consider the right place for their content so I am not stepping
on toes. If people are good with the organization changes proposed, just send
me a note and I am happy to help make changes with at least one key
stakeholders consent.

I think a little organization of the wiki page would prove to be very
helpful. Parent pages make sense to me. Also, I would not be opposed to you
moving some pages around....although, i suppose that will change the URL of
the page, huh? But I still think if we spend a little time getting
organized and establishing a pattern, that will make our wiki much more
useful going forward.

However, I am a bit confused about what goes on
http://trafficcontrol.apache.org vs. the wiki.

Also, we still have a bunch of pages on the old wiki (
https://github.com/Comcast/traffic_control/wiki) that should be migrated if
still relevant.

I have started adding parent pages for each platform like “Traffic Ops” so

I wanted to start some documentation around how pages should be organized
and named to make it easier for everyone to find information. I wasn’t
sure whether to start that in an email thread or put it in the wiki for
comment so I am doing both. Happy to help incorporate additional
suggestions or modify what I put in as per feedback.
