I forgot to mention that to build on OSX (10.5) requires GCC 4.2.4 suite. This
can be obtained from MacPorts collection (http://www.macports.org/) and
installed via the 'sudo port install <pkg>' command. The base gcc 4.0.1 that
comes with 10.5 and the gcc 4.2.1 that comes with the latest SDK do not work
due to issues with templates. It is also a good idea to install 'gcc_select'
from MacPorts to allow which compiler suite to set as the default.
