The latest pull from SVN: 898579 supports both 'libev' and 'kqueue'. You can
build with 'libev' support using:
../configure --enable-libev
Note that the 'traffic/libev' should be installed and used as it has been
patched to handle a poll() bug on FreeBSD.
With 'kqueue' support just omit the '--enable-libev'.
