I agree with this, the wiki should mostly be for documentation of more "internal" things, while still being public of course.
That being said, I feel like the point where we will need a wiki is in the not too distant future, at least I myself feel like I am beginning to loose track of which topic is being discussed in which mail track, which is fine as long as it is discussions, but once we start deciding on a few things I don't think the mailing list is the right place for those to be documented. We don't necessarily need to do it now especially if they can be created within hours, but is there a benefit in waiting if we all agree that it will become necessary at some point?
