I like this perspective. To me a training session is more than the material. 
Trainer and their interaction with the course also has a huge influence - and 
can be a differentiator even when the course is based on the same material. 
(Want that even mentioned in the original proposal?)

I think this distinction is vital for this project in terms of expectation 
management: will people expect ready to attend online webinars for no cost from 
us - or will we be a place where trainers collaborate on part of a training 
session that is not necessarily the differentiating part? My guess would be 
that the latter would likely results in a project where those using it will 
contribute. But without the right wording keeping that spirit will be hard.
