Hello everyone,
Glad to hear from you and especially from Mirko. I'm asking myself if we
have *to deal with the content and the infrastructure at the same time* or
if it's not better to *just focus on the content* (becoming the best
reference for training content) before evolving alongside a better
infrastructure.
In case we focus on content, there are a lot of avenues to deal with:

   - content templates
   - cognitive ergonomy of our templates
   - references dictionary of all available training materials
   - transformation of available material
   - training of other Apache communities over our sourcing process.

Only that seems to be kind of headache to deal with.

Cheers.
