Hi, TUBEMQ-5 is tracking the issue and, correct me if I'm wrong, for contribution, contributors always start the code work locally and later submit a patch(or open a pull request) to the project and ask for review. Now the progress is towards to submit a patch. Hopefully it would happen in this week.
