[VOTE] Release Tuscany Maven Eclipse Compiler 1.0.1

Please vote on releasing the Tuscany Maven Eclipse Compiler module.
This release includes two changes:
1. Fix the failure of OSGi version calculation from maven if there is a '-' 
in the version
2. Update the JDT dependency to the latest version
