Annotations Styles view problematic when short type name exists in multiple

The "Annotation Styles" view only shows simple names (no package information).
This can be quite confusing and annoying when two or more types with the same
simple name exists in multiple packages.
A flattened package view like in the Package Explorer may be convenient.
The problem applies to other views using only short names as well.
