Hum. We've gone through the process. The XML file is in the svn. It is accessible as HTML
http://incubator.apache.org/ip-clearance/uimafit.html The vote was done. The process page http://incubator.apache.org/ip-clearance/ip-clearance-template.html says nothing about how the XML is supposed to be added to the overview table.
