I am able to log in with my Apache credentials.

Then I am presented with a form asking me for an optional log message for the
commit.

There is a "diff" link which I can use to look at my effective changes (after I
had committed the updated XML file, the svnpubsub kicked in, rebuilt the HTML,
etc. which is what I see now in the diff.)

When I submit the form (with or without providing a comment), I get this
message:

Error

svnmucc: E175013: Access to
'/repos/infra/!svn/txr/873757-irk3/websites/production/incubator/content'
forbidden

That's where I bump into the dead end.
