The uima-as service should optionally log when a CAS is picked up from an input
queue. This would be enabled by a message property set by the client.
The service will also log when ACK is successfully enqueued.
The client will enable extra logging when it sees DUimaAsCasTracking property.
It will add the same property to outgoing message. The client will also log
when the ACK arrives.
