This updates the DUCC 1.0.0 version of ducc_ling so it correctly sets all the
users groups when switching IDS. The file name shows the before-and-after svn
levels.
If you are using DUCC 1.0.0 you can patch ducc_ling directly without extracting
source. ducc_ling source is supplied in [ducc_runtimne]/duccling/src to enable
local inspection of the src and build of the code to your local platform. The
version supplied with DUCC 1.0.0 corresponds to svn level 1551276.
To apply this patch
1. download it and change directories to your duccling source,
[ducc_runtime]/duccling/src
2. Save the old ducc_ling.c in case something goes wrong: cp ducc_ling.c
ducc_ling.c.sav
3. patch -p0 -i ducc_ling.r1551276-r1568342.patch
4. make clean all
5. re-install the resultant ducc_ling
